Founder & Principal

Parth R. Nadkar is the Founder & Principal of Panorm One Holdings, a platform focused on capital advisory, strategic transactions, and global partnerships for entrepreneurs, investors, and businesses.

Through Panorm, he works with founders, business owners, and investors to structure capital raising, strategic transactions, and cross-border opportunities, connecting businesses with investors, advisors, and international networks. His work focuses on transaction structuring, investment advisory, and strategic partnerships, particularly for growth-stage companies, MSMEs, and emerging ventures seeking structured capital and expansion.

Parth holds a dual MBA in Finance and International Business, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, providing a multidisciplinary perspective across finance, technology, and global markets.

In addition to his advisory work, Parth has been involved in developing systematic trading frameworks within global forex markets, focusing on structured execution models and automated trading systems.

At Panorm, he leads capital advisory, transaction structuring, and global partnership initiatives, supporting founders and investors in structuring capital, executing strategic deals, and accessing international opportunities.

Director – Global Trade

Rajesh J. Nadkar is an entrepreneur with over three decades of experience across industrial trading, manufacturing, and supply chain operations. He began his business journey in 1992, establishing a trading enterprise supplying bearings, fasteners, and engineering components to manufacturing companies and sugar industries.

In 2006, he expanded into manufacturing, building a fastener and precision component facility supplying critical components for the two-wheeler and three-wheeler automotive braking ecosystem, serving leading automotive supply chains including Endurance Technologies and Bajaj Auto vendors. At its peak, the operation employed over 120 workers, specializing in high-precision automotive components and industrial fasteners.

Following a long career in manufacturing, Rajesh transitioned from active factory operations and now focuses on commodities trading and international supply networks through Panorm Global Trade, where he plays a key role in developing and strengthening the firm’s global trade vertical.

With deep expertise in industrial sourcing, procurement networks, and supply chain relationships, he supports Panorm’s initiatives in commodities trading and cross-border trade opportunities.

Strategic Advisor – Technology Strategy, Enterprise Transformation & Digital Innovation

Pramod Apte is a senior technology and digital transformation leader with over 35 years of global experience across industrial automation, enterprise technology, and large-scale digital platforms. He has held leadership roles with Tech Mahindra, Cognizant, and Mphasis, contributing to technology due diligence, post-merger integration, and complex global program execution.

Pramod specializes in Industry 4.0, OT/IT convergence, AI-led digital transformation, and technology risk evaluation, helping organizations modernize operations while enhancing scalability, operational efficiency, and investor readiness. His cross-industry experience spans automotive, aerospace, aviation, manufacturing, and energy, with global implementations across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.

He holds a BE in Electrical & Electronics from NIT Tiruchirappalli and an MMS from Pune University, bringing a unique perspective that aligns technology architecture with investment value creation and strategic growth.

At Panorm, he supports technology due diligence, digital transformation strategy, and technology architecture evaluation for investment and strategic transactions.

Strategic Advisor – Entrepreneurship & Growth Strategy

Bhavesh Kothari is an entrepreneur, investor, and startup ecosystem enabler with over two decades of experience across business strategy, consulting, media, and cross-border advisory. He has worked with startups, growth-stage companies, and established businesses across sectors including technology, consumer, healthcare, and digital ventures.

Bhavesh is actively involved in startup mentoring, business strategy, and ecosystem development, having guided numerous early-stage ventures on market positioning, growth strategy, and fundraising readiness. He is also a speaker, author, and industry contributor, frequently engaging with leading academic institutions and entrepreneurial platforms across India.

At Panorm One Holdings, he supports entrepreneur engagement, strategic partnerships, and early-stage venture advisory, bringing valuable insights from the startup ecosystem and growth-stage business strategy.

Strategic Advisor – Real Estate, Land Advisory & Hospitality

Niteen Mote is an entrepreneur and real estate advisor with experience across land advisory, boutique development, hospitality-linked real estate, and asset structuring. He previously served as Director at Spice of Life Hotels & Estates Pvt. Ltd., part of the Paranjape Schemes Group, where he was involved in hospitality operations, township lifestyle planning, and estate-level management.

He is the Co-Founder of Perfect Mansion Buildcon LLP, a real estate advisory and development platform specializing in land aggregation, feasibility analysis, and boutique residential projects in the Pune region.

Niteen also founded Madhusudan Advertising LLP, where he executed municipal media infrastructure projects including digital advertising installations across PMPML city buses, and is a promoter of Jojo Farms, an agro-tourism and rural hospitality venture focused on sustainable land development and rural asset management.

At Panorm One Holdings, he provides strategic insight on real estate transactions, land structuring, and development feasibility, supporting clients in evaluating and unlocking value from real estate assets and development opportunities.
